At Pristine Hair Lab, every order is carefully prepared before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

• Ready-to-Ship Wigs (Lagos): Delivered within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Ready-to-Ship Wigs (Outside Lagos): Delivered within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
• International Orders: Delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Custom Orders & Sale Items: Please allow 16–21 business days for production before dispatch.

Please note that all delivery timelines begin once payment has been confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable to international orders.
