By placing an order with Pristine Hair Lab, you agree to our store policies, including our shipping, exchange, and return policies.

All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. While we strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.

Pristine Hair Lab reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock.
